Circle K Stores Inc. in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a Company-operated restaurant, driving people, operations, and financial performance.

You will lead guest service, staffing, training, food safety, and adherence to Brand standards while reporting to the Restaurant District Manager. This role requires open availability and a hands-on leadership style in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant management experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Serv Safe© Manager certification preferred.
• Open availability required.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team members as necessary.
• Recruits, interviews, selects, hires, and completes onboarding for all positions.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties.
• Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with Brand, Company, and health department regulations.
• Monitors and ensures accuracy of all cash, sales, and inventory control records.
