Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred.
Retail sales experience preferred.
Ability to supervise and train for equipment, tools and materials listed in CSR/ASM job description.
Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
Proficient with computer use for reports, inventory, cash control.
Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
Ability to communicate in English.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
Develop and assign tasks to keep site clean, stocked and compliant with standards.
Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisor.
Schedule staff within company guidelines to maximize service.
Apply non-discriminatory management, coaching and separation when needed.
Develop positive relationships with suppliers.
Promote and resolve customer complaints promptly.
Train employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
Establish effective internal communications with all site staff.
Organize site files and manuals and ensure timely reporting.
Manage payroll-related and cash handling processes to maximize profits.
