Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience to perform duties and work under described conditions.
• Ability to supervise and train for equipment, tools and materials.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use computer, analyze reports, inventory and cash controls.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Plan and assign tasks to keep site clean, stocked, and well-kept to Company standards.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees per guidelines to maximize service and image.
• Apply non-discriminatory management practices when hiring, training and counseling.
• Build relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints timely.
• Promote safe operations and positive community image.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Train employees on customer service, site image and safety procedures.
• Ensure proper communication and regular meetings with staff.
• Develop action plans to meet site objectives and organize site files and manuals.
• Supervise reporting and merchandising standards, ensuring accuracy and pricing.
• Post employment posters and signage as required.
