Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop and assign tasks to keep site clean, stocked, and well kept to Company standards.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisor.
• Schedule employees within Company guidelines to maximize service.
• Implement fair management practices during hiring, training, counseling, and motivation.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues professionally.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Train employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Communicate effectively with staff and hold regular meetings.
• Organize site files, reports, and payroll-related tasks.
• Manage merchandise display, pricing, and stock levels.
• Ensure employment posters/signs are accessible.
