Job summary

Victra is the largest Verizon Authorized Retailer in the United States, seeking a Store Manager in Omaha. You will shape the guest experience by coaching a team, driving high-performance sales, and delivering the company vision daily.

The role emphasizes accountability for all retail store functions in a fast-paced environment. You will lead by example on the sales floor, motivate your team, and manage daily operations while maintaining brand standards and participation in weekly leadership

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Proven history of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December.

Responsibilities

• Talent Management: selecting, hiring, and developing the best talent.
• Training and mentoring your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience by handling customer flow and store traffic.
• Identifying selling skill gaps and building development plans to meet sales metrics.
• Own the store's daily sales strategy and results, set plans for each shift, and adjust as needed.
• Drive store operations, open/close, and ensure brand compliance.
