Job summary

Skechers USA Ltd. in Chelmsford, MA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Management Team in operations, team leadership, and customer service.

You will drive daily store performance, mentor a team, and manage inventory, merchandising, and store systems. This role offers a starting hourly rate of $21.49 with a range to $22.80, opportunities for pay increases, and benefits including employee discounts and career advancement within Skechers' global network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor employees to achieve sales goals and deliver great customer service.
• Ensure product displays meet high standards for style and innovation.
• Monitor stock levels and restock to keep a seamless floor.
• Oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and store operations.
• Occasionally lift/move boxes up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and targets.
• Address customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
