Job summary

Save A Lot in Cleveland is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales growth, and create an engaging work environment for the store team. You will recruit, train, coach, and develop staff, ensure compliance with company policies, manage inventory and merchandising, and uphold Food Safety standards.

You will build strong customer service, monitor KPIs, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver best-in-class store operations and a consistently excellent shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Experience in retail operations and customer service.
• Ability to manage budgets, scheduling and expenses.
• Proficiency with computer systems and store POS.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, coaching and development to store team members regarding tasks and performance standards.
• Creates a positive, safe, and clean store environment for team members and customers.
• Recruits talented, motivated team members with the right attitude using company processes.
• Trains and mentors team members to success by upskilling them.
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
• Ensures store operates to company standards to maximize sales and profit.
• Manages inventory levels and product freshness to high standards.
