Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred in business-related field.
• Experience leading both perishable and non-perishable departments with P&L, safety, staffing, and merchandising responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with bookkeeping/accounting and HR software; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct all store operations and drive sales while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Lead a team of approximately ten individuals including Department Managers and Receivers.
• Coach and develop leadership teams; manage inventory, labor, and expenses to meet targets.
• Oversee compliance with safety, labeling, health, and weights and measures standards.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and training across store teams.
