Job summary

You will supervise daily activities, train staff, and ensure excellent customer service while upholding company policies and compliance. This role emphasizes community engagement and asset protection within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (55 lbs occasionally) and frequent walking/standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of business operations to maximize sales and profitability
• Oversee and delegate all store activities to ensure smooth daily operations
• Lead, train, and develop store associates to foster a culture of growth
• Provide every customer with a positive and enjoyable shopping experience
