AT&T is seeking a Retail Store Manager-2 in New York to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and coach a team of retail sales consultants. You will oversee merchandising, product launches, and promotional activities while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role includes comprehensive training and opportunities to advance into leadership positions. Salary ranges with commissions are provided, reflecting geography and experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily retail store operations, including merchandising and product launches.
• Meet or exceed sales objectives and ensure an extraordinary customer experience.
• Conduct outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed.
• Receive best-in-class paid training to set up leadership success.
