The ideal candidate has 2+ years of store management experience in retail or hospitality and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. This role emphasizes leadership, team development, and living the brand values daily.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of store management experience in retail or hospitality.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks, including prolonged standing, lifting up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead all store activities to achieve guest service, sales, payroll, and expenses goals.
• Recruit, select and develop associates; foster a family environment.
• Forecast and analyze business trends to maximize store performance.
• Ensure adherence to HR standards and brand standards.
