You'll own payroll/scheduling, hit sales targets, and coach the team to elevate customer service, visual standards, and brand priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience, including 2 years as Store Manager.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ownership mindset with accountability and initiative.
• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define a clear vision to drive a customer-centered culture, store performance, and sales.
• Hire, develop and coach an effective retail team.
