Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in a role at the same or higher pay level as an assistant store leader or similar.
• Leadership Essentials Program completion.
• Experience with budgeting/financial oversight is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily assessments of store performance to meet customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, cleanliness, food safety, and compliance.
• Manage day-to-day store operations and train/develop associates to hit sales and profit goals.
• Coach and develop staff with a culture of inclusion, respect, integrity and safety.
• Drive merchandising and operations initiatives to ensure the store is customer-ready.
• Aim to meet or exceed weekly, period, and annual sales, revenue, and profit budgets while reducing shrink.
