Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a retail environment and 6 months supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers, operate cash register and scanner.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, training, safety meetings and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise through stocking, restocking and display building.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and banking deposits.
• Support planogram implementation and merchandise presentation.
• Ensure financial integrity via cashier accountability and cash controls.
• Assist with store management in the Store Manager's absence.
