Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager/Supervisor to lead daily store operations in Charlotte, NC. You will guide a team, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role with a track record of meeting sales targets.

• Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
