Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. - Beyond Yoga Store in Westport, CT is seeking a dynamic Store Manager on Duty. You will drive store performance, oversee cash handling, floor operations, and customer service with a focus on delivering positive outcomes for guests.

You will coach the team, support onboarding, and collaborate with Home Office to strengthen community connections while modeling the brand’s values and culture. This role requires flexibility and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Progressive retail leadership experience and proven skills in supervising, coaching and training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Strong customer service and selling culture.

Responsibilities

• Drive process adoption, opening and closing the store as a manager on duty.
• Manage cash handling and merchandise operations including shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns and replenishment.
• Support resolution of customer concerns with positive outcomes, and partner with Store Manager or ASM on elevated issues.
• Supervise and coach selling culture and customer connection to achieve high service levels.
• Lead store team in the absence of other managers.
• Collaborate with store team and Home Office on community events to build brand engagement.
• Represent the brand as a visible service leader and embody Levi Strauss & Co. values.
