Job summary

Adidas is seeking a Store Manager to lead all store operations in Canada, driving profitability while delivering a premier customer experience. You will recruit, train, and develop the team, coach performance, and ensure compliance with HR policies, while optimizing service, sales, and digital initiatives.

You will manage store operations, merchandise flow, and loss prevention, leveraging data to boost sales and maintain a high-performance, brand-aligned environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree in business/retail management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 18 months in sports/fashion retail with at least 12 months in store management or assistant management.
• Strong PC/POS/MS Office skills and ability to analyze data for store performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and development with HR and Retail Training Coach.
• Foster a high-performance culture with clear expectations and constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with District Manager to develop strong performers for career progression.
• Complete Store Manager training programs and apply learning on the job.
• Implement best practices to improve district store performance.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and store procedures.
• Drive service culture and optimize customer experience via digital initiatives.
