Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing retail operations and driving KPIs.
• Experience coaching and developing store teams to meet targets.
• Strong numerical acumen for P&L, budgets and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in meeting KPI and profit/loss targets.
• Communicate brand values and culture to staff and customers.
• Ensure implementation of corporate programs, initiatives and policies.
• Lead training and coaching to improve team performance and reduce turnover.
• Manage cash handling, shrink control, and in-store security.
