Job summary

Adidas is seeking a Store Manager in our Miami, FL retail network. This leadership role focuses on driving store profitability, delivering a leading shopping experience, and executing policies and initiatives.

You will recruit, coach, and develop the team, maintain store standards, and lead service and sales initiatives to maximize performance. The role requires a 4-year degree in business/retail management, 12+ months in store management, and a track record in sports/fashion retail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in business, retail management, or related field.
• Excellent skills in operating PCs and POS systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and development in store in partnership with HR, Talent Acquisition and Retail Training Coach.
• Motivate and inspire Assistant Store Managers; drive store performance and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures; deliver best-practice sales and service.
• Lead service culture and maximize selling time on the floor; schedule and zone staff for optimal coverage.
• Drive store operations, loss prevention, and safe working environment; analyze performance data.
