Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• 1 year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.

• Ability to recruit, hire, train and counsel staff in compliance with laws.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff store according to labor laws and company policy.
• Provide training, conduct evaluations, and counsel employees as needed.
• Make recommendations on pay rates and advancement.
• Communicate performance and safety expectations; lead meetings.
• Open and close the store as required.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock replenishment.
• Ensure proper presentation, pricing and signage of merchandise.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and security practices.
