Job summary

American Special Holdings Corp is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations, guest experience, and store profitability in Florida.

You will drive sales, manage prime costs and labor, lead Team Members and Shift Managers, and ensure consistent brand standards and food safety. 2–3 years of restaurant supervision are required, plus ServSafe or equivalent certification; must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant or quick-service experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or hospitality is a plus but not required.
• Valid Food Manager Certification (ServSafe or equivalent) or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Ability to read and act on sales, labor, and inventory reports.
• Experience with POS and back-office systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability by managing prime costs and labor against target.
• Prepare schedules aligning staffing with sales and demand while maintaining guest service.
• Develop, train, and coach Team Members and Shift Managers.
• Deliver exceptional guest experience by enforcing QSC standards and resolving issues.
• Ensure brand standards, recipe, presentation, and operational guidelines are followed.
• Complete daily operations: sales reconciliation, cash handling, inventory management, reporting.
• Maintain food safety compliance and proper temperature controls; ensure certified manager on-site.
• Oversee equipment, cleanliness, and facility upkeep; escalate maintenance timely.
• Lead local marketing efforts and store-level promotions.
• Communicate performance metrics transparently to the team.
