Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage all store employees and oversee planning and execution of store processes (ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation, selling, staffing).
• Recruit, train, evaluate, and discipline staff as needed to maintain staffing and performance standards.
• Monitor operating statements for trends in sales, profitability and shrink; adjust plans accordingly.
• Ensure proper cash handling, cashier accountability and security procedures.
