Citi Trends in Covington, GA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, lead a team, and drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service. You will partner with the Store Manager on hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching, ensuring adherence to policies and loss prevention standards.

This role requires a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and a focus on merchandising, customer service, and operational excellence to promote growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in an Assistant Manager or retail leadership role.
• 3–5 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to meet sales goals and customer experience standards.
• Monitor sales activity and guide associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist with inventory control, inventory transactions, and shrink prevention.
• Ensure compliance with Citi Trends policies, procedures, and standards.
• Supervise store associates in sales, inventory, cash handling, and customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with hiring, onboarding, and training support.
• Maintain a safe, organized store environment and uphold loss prevention practices.
• Support merchandising and visual standards and future staffing needs.
