Job summary

Coach, part of the Tapestry group, seeks a Lead Supervisor to maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor and achieve sales targets. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience, embody Coach values, and support store operations and personnel development in Munich.

Responsibilities include leading initiatives, analyzing sales data, and mentoring the team to meet KPIs while upholding policy compliance and a positive, inclusive store culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift and move items up to 50 pounds as needed

Responsibilities

• Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and driving brand awareness
• Lead implementation of company initiatives and ensure full operation of the store
• Support recruitment, interviewing, and performance evaluation of team members
• Provide feedback to improve individual and store performance
