• 1+ years of retail leadership or key-holder experience.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with an energetic, solutions-oriented approach.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and maintain product knowledge.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping close the loop with customers.
• Manage daily store operations including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Keep the store organized, customer-ready, and running smoothly.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs to protect customers, teammates, and product.
• Take ownership of store execution and standards.
• Leverage retail technology to enhance the customer experience and support staff on the floor.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled and provide clear leadership.
• Assist with hiring and training of store associates.
