American Eagle is seeking a Store Team Leader to run daily store operations, drive sales, and develop a high-performing team. You’ll be responsible for coaching, scheduling, and maintaining brand standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You’ll own the store P&L, analyze trends, and make strategic decisions to achieve KPI targets. This full-time role requires entrepreneurial drive, strong communication, and a commitment to development and succession planning.
