Majors Management is seeking a Store Manager responsible for all aspects of store operations, profitability, inventory control, and talent management. The role emphasizes delivering superior guest experiences and leading a team to achieve business goals.

Extensive responsibilities include P&L oversight, scheduling, hiring, training, and ensuring labor controls while maintaining a high standard of guest service.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and MVR.
• Hours flexible, including evenings/weekends/holidays.
• On-call availability 24/7.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations.
• Hire talent and train the team.
• Manage employee performance.
• Schedule shifts to meet guest demand.
• Drive store profitability and optimize pricing.
• Actively manage P&L and inventory.
• Forecast and analyze payroll, loss prevention, and expenses.
• Implement action plans to drive sales opportunities.
• Create an organized, process-oriented environment.
• Communicate company objectives as needed.
• Foster a people-first, guest-focused culture.
• Set clear expectations and track results for improvement.
