Job summary

Dollar General Corporation is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, staffing, merchandising and customer service. You will recruit and train employees, manage inventory, oversee opening and closing, ensure safety and policy compliance, and drive sales.

Strong communication, leadership and ability to interpret reports are required; a high school diploma and retail management experience are preferred.
