Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Panda Express location, supervise staff, control costs, and ensure outstanding customer experiences.

You will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and directing associates to meet financial and service goals. The role includes an 8+ week leadership training program designed to prepare you for success and offer growth within our growing family of restaurants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in the 8+ weeks leadership training program and drive team success.
