Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Panda Express location. You will hire, train, and direct team members to achieve financial goals while ensuring guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide 8+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success and ongoing development.
