Responsabilidades

• Lead all aspects of daily store operations to meet sales, profitability and service goals.
• Resolve customer concerns and promote exceptional customer service.
• Direct, coach, and develop department leaders and store associates.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage store personnel including performance planning.
• Maintain store appearance, product quality, food safety, inventory, and merchandising.
• Manage labor, expenses, inventory, shrink, and budgeting.
• Ensure policy, safety, and payroll compliance.
• Review staffing plans to ensure adequate coverage.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.
• Analyze results and implement plans to improve performance.
