Activate Games is seeking a Store Leader for our Paradise Valley location in Scottsdale, AZ. You will oversee daily operations, guide a high-energy team, and ensure an exceptional gaming experience for guests.

Reporting to the Regional Leader, you will address operational challenges, manage performance, and maintain safety and brand standards in a dynamic environment with bright lights and loud music.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability with 2 years of experience in a customer facing environment.
• Strong collaboration and customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills, including listening and oral.
• Proficient with hand and power tools and with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and communicate company expectations.
