Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers, and operate cash register and scanner to itemize the customer’s purchase.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees, providing training, safety meetings, and ensuring policy compliance.
• Follow processes to manage merchandise, including receiving, stocking, restocking and building displays.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels by controlling damages, markdowns, scanning, paperwork, and facility controls.
• Assist with planograms implementation and merchandise presentation as directed.
• Support financial integrity through cashier accountability, cash control procedures, refunds and deposits.
• Assist with store management in the Store Manager’s absence.
