Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and assist employees in customer service, store maintenance and promotions
• Develop and maintain employee and promotions schedules around holidays
• Promote the store, product line and service within the store
• Maintain inventory levels, stock, purchasing plans and liaise with suppliers to meet sales goals
• Cross-train staff including Assistant Managers to maintain productivity
• Manage controllable costs to maintain profitability
• Keep the store clean and presentable at all times
• Hire and train staff to ensure excellent customer service
• In-store planning and proactive execution
• Demonstrate self-motivated leadership
