The Whitaker Group in Atlanta seeks an Assistant Store Manager to help organize and run our retail stores and to fill in for the store manager when needed. You will be a key driver of sales efficiency and customer satisfaction, leading staff and managing day-to-day operations.

You will oversee merchandising, inventory, staff training, and reporting to improve performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail staff and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of merchandising and display best practices.
• Ability to analyze sales performance and provide feedback.
• Willingness to step in for store manager as needed.
