Famous Footwear is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Minnesota to lead the team, coach and develop staff, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to meet sales targets and drive growth while upholding store standards and brand presentation.

You will foster a positive culture, manage daily operations, and ensure associates provide attentive service, maximize loyalty, and maintain a high-energy environment aligned with the Famous Feeling.

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Experience in interviewing, hiring and training people.

Responsibilities

• Act as store leader in the absence of the Store Manager and support staffing decisions.
