Staples in Sacramento is seeking a General Manager to lead a vibrant, customer-focused store culture. You will drive community relationships, merchandise sales, print/marketing services, and a robust small business portfolio while modeling Staples values.

You will equip and empower your team through coaching and development, oversee store operations, and strive for consistent year-over-year sales growth and margin improvement. This role requires hands-on leadership and excellence in execution.

Qualifications

• 1+ year progressively responsible store management experience in retail as a General/Store Manager.
• Experience leading a consultative selling environment and total solutions.
• Proven ability to drive profitable YOY sales and margins.
• Ability to lift/move materials and perform physical store duties.

Responsabilités

• Provide strong leadership in community, customer service, sales, and team development.
• Lead merchandise sales, print & marketing services, and retail operations.
• Drive profitable sales and margins while reducing variability and improving YoY performance.
