The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store leadership in Palm Beach. You will coach and develop Sales Associates to hit sales and service targets while ensuring smooth operations.

The role requires supervisory experience, a flair for customer service, and the ability to manage inventory and cash processes in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring to achieve sales targets.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Applicants must provide proof of right to live and work in the country.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager to lead, coach and develop our team of Sales Associates.
• Achieve sales, customer service and operational targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide inspirational and personalized customer service to shoppers.
• Oversee store operations including inventory and cash reconciliation.
• Support busy events and weekend shifts as required.
