The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an inspirational Assistant Store Manager to help lead a store or counter in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales and operational goals.

You will coach Sales Associates, manage daily retail operations, and drive performance in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment. This role offers growth opportunities within a globally recognized luxury brand.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop our team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
• Demonstrate supervisory and coaching skills to enhance performance.
• Oversee retail operations including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
