The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing our team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, service and operational targets.

Candidates should have proven supervisory and retail operations experience, including inventory control and cash reconciliation, with the ability to deliver inspirational, personalized service to every customer.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring others.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.
• Experience with retail POS software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
