Job summary

Famous Footwear in Gretna, Nebraska is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-energy team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll coach and develop associates, manage staffing, pricing, shipping, and inventory, and ensure daily operations align with our standards to keep Famous styles easily shoppable.

As a culture builder, you’ll promote inclusion, lead by example, and drive sales and store performance in partnership with the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably retail.
• Experience interviewing, hiring and training people.
• Ability to lead, motivate and communicate with store associates.

Responsibilities

• Inspire Customer Connection with integrity and coaching.
• Champion talent discovery and interviewing/hiring.
• Ace retail operations including staffing, pricing, shipping and inventory.
• Drive sales and improve store performance with insights.
• Be a culture builder and lead by example.
• Serve as Store Manager’s right hand with training and compliance.
