Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years in a management role.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

• Background of accountability for targets in a performance-driven environment; bilingual is a plus.

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 3 to 10+ Sales Associates.
• Analyze reports and profitability statements; recommend action plans.
• Recruit, select, orient, and train Team Members; monitor results.
• Schedule and assign Team Members; ensure store operations meet targets.
• Ensure pricing/markdowns follow guidelines; maintain store standards.
• Market/display merchandise; maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• Comply with all policies and legal requirements.
