• Develops the store’s strategic plan to achieve financial results.
• Drives sales by identifying opportunities to meet personal and store goals.
• Coaches, develops, mentors and inspires the team to enhance store performance.
• Recruits, hires and trains staff using onboarding tools.
• Develops individual development plans for team members.
• Maintains brand standards and product knowledge.
• Executes promotions and incentives to motivate the team.
