Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales targets and store objectives using The Sunglass Hut Experience.
• Develop and execute the store's strategic plan to achieve financial results.
• Coach, develop, mentor, and inspire the team to improve performance.
• Staffing: recruit, hire, and train using onboarding tools.
• Build customer relationships and act as a brand ambassador for Sunglass Hut.
