Job summary

Walmart seeks a dynamic leader in Montgomery, AL to drive store performance and customer service excellence. You will lead and develop teams, coach associates, and oversee operations, merchandising and community initiatives to support company goals.

In this role you’ll manage budgets, analyze PL data, and implement action plans to improve results, while modeling Walmart’s OBW standards and our commitment to belonging, integrity and serving customers.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates touring stores and providing feedback.
• Manage store operations and customer service initiatives to ensure a high quality customer experience.
• Oversee budgeting forecasting and controlling expenses to align with sales and profit goals.
