Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees per laws and policies.
• Provide training, conduct evaluations and counsel when needed.
• Make recommendations on pay rate and advancement.
• Communicate performance and safety expectations; lead meetings.
• Open/close store daily and ensure proper staffing.
• Manage ordering and inventory planning to meet targets.
• Ensure accurate merchandising presentation and pricing.
• Maintain cash controls, security and store financial integrity.
• Deliver superior customer service leadership.
• Keep store clean, safe and well organized.
