Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and retain qualified employees per laws and policies; ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training, conduct evaluations, and address performance gaps.
• Set pay advancement recommendations and communicate expectations.
• Ensure safe, clean, and well staffed store operations daily.
• Monitor sales, inventory, and expenses to identify trends and opportunities.
• Oversee in-stock targets, ordering plans, and cycle counts.
• Lead merchandising, pricing, signage, and presentation.
