Circle K in Star City, Arkansas, is seeking a results-driven Retail Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, lead a front-line team, ensure excellent customer service and maintain a clean, well-stocked store.

The ideal candidate will recruit and train staff, schedule shifts, manage inventory and visuals, analyze sales, control costs, and build positive relationships with suppliers and the local community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment and to analyze reports and inventory data.
