Circle K is seeking a Store Manager in Fayetteville, AR to lead store operations, supervise staff, and drive sales while maintaining the company image and excellent customer service. You will recruit and train employees, manage merchandising, and ensure accurate reporting of daily sales and expenses.

The role requires experience in retail, strong leadership, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Formación

High School diploma or GED preferred.
Experience in retail sales preferred.
Ability to recruit, hire and train staff.
Ability to supervise and train staff in use of equipment and procedures.
Must be able to analyze reports and manage inventory and cash control.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
