Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all store employees, ensuring proper staffing and training.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching or corrective action as needed.
• Ensure store is opened/closed properly and day-to-day operations run smoothly.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through ordering, receiving, stocking, and cycle counts.
• Provide superior customer service leadership and enforce company policies and safety standards.
